He then crossed into the IT and software industry, leading ventures where structured execution, attention to detail, and a sharp commercial eye decided which businesses scaled and which stalled. Now, with Novarq, he has channelled that cross-industry depth into the real estate, construction, and design space — bringing the rigour of one world and the innovation of another into every property we deliver.
